the location was good, near main attractions! the breakfast offered a nice variety. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially with directions.

The room i received was in a separate building. It felt quite old and worn. the bathroom had some maintenance issues. The toilet roll holder was loose. the lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially during warmer days. It got stuffy.

The hotel's location is convenient. It's about a 7-minute walk from the light rail and a 5-minute walk to the harbor. The breakfast offered a superb array of choices, satisfying diverse tastes. Rooms were very clean, and the staff (who were very helpful) greatly enhanced my stay.

The duvet provided was perhaps too warm for my liking.
